Starting at a young age with part-time summer jobs, I provide, not only first hand blood, sweat and tears knowledge (literally) from working every possible position, I boast an extensive management, training and corporate background to supply techniques for healthy operations to better your business.

Through my 30+ years in restaurant operations, training and corporate management, you're guaranteed to learn something fresh and new through my humor and innovation; and, even if you know it all, refresher courses never hurt anyone. Passionate about the success of the industry, and recognizing the importance of "fun learning", I promote a fun, hands-on learning experience for all; as many previous clients and students can attest, learning can be fun!

In addition to internal operating knowledge, I am also a certified instructor of the ServSafeĀ® Manager Certification course through the National and Louisiana Restaurant Associations; as well as a Louisiana State Certified Instructor of the Responsible Vendor Code.Ā  These venues had created the foundation and confidence required to be an outstanding instructor!
